I would like to welcome distinguished international guests to ICANS 2020, the 4th biennial international conference for Asian Nutrition Society for Sports & Health, 2020 to be held in Taipei. This conference is expected to be one of the largest international conference for sports nutrition and sports medicine in Asia. We aim to bring thousands of scientists, students, and clinicians to a high-quality atmosphere for exchanges of scientific among participants.

We are expecting more than a thousand of scientists and students around the world participated in the Pre-Olympic ICANS 2020. The main theme of the international conference is Sports Nutrition: Metabolism, Human Performance, and Aging, as one of the largest biennial academic conference of ANSSH. There will be Plenary Lectures, Highlighted Symposia, many free communication (by oral and poster presentations) to share the latest knowledge in sport nutrition, medicine, and training science.
Taipei is a vibrant international city, which is surrounded by mountains with numerous places for sightseeing. Living cost is one of the lowest with good quality among major cities in Asia. There is a direct MRT connecting CKS International Airport to Taipei City with small cost. I am highly encouraging our guests sparing some of your time to experience the culture of Taipei and planning to Tokyo Olympic game two weeks later for a good summer vacation.

May I take this great opportunity to invite all scientists, researchers, and students to attend the International Conference on Adaptations and Nutrition in Sports, ICANS 2020, being held in Taiwan. Adaptations and Nutrition are among the top interested scientific issues, impacting most people daily life.
